4. User content

  • By posting content you grant sharewood a limited licence to store, display, and transmit it to your friends as required to provide the Service.

  • We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • pursue any unlawful purpose.
  • list illegal, stolen, or dangerous items.
  • harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • post offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
  • access another user's account or data.
  • use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.).
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for items that are damaged, lost, or not returned between users.
  • We are not liable for disputes between users over shared items.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero — the app is free).

7. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from within the app. All your data will be permanently removed.
  • We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
